We specialize in training and toning the abdominals for the hard work of pregnancy and motherhood - keeping you comfortable during pregnancy (bye-bye back pain!), easing your labor (strengthened abs push better!) and ensuring a quick recovery (yes, you can have flat abs again!). All of our instructors are highly trained, and our classes follow the ACOG guidelines for safe exercise during pregnancy.
