PRIVATE TRAINING, SMALL GROUP TRAINING, CUSTOM CLASSES AND SEMINARS
We are pleased to offer a wide range of fitness classes and educational services through various partner locations in New York, Boston, Minneapolis and around the country. If you do not see an upcoming class listed near you, consider a private or small group instruction. In addition, we create custom private seminars and classes for your mothers' group, neighborhood or business. For class descriptions, click here.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Private Training Session
$125 (60 minutes) / $175 (90 minutes)
Duet Private Training Session
$160 (60 minutes) / $240 (90 minutes), price total for 2 people
Private Physical Therapy Session
$150 (60 minutes) / $225 (90 minutes)
Ask about private bebeBOOTCAMP MOM IN TRAINING, private CORE Rx CLINICS or private AB Rx WORKSHOPS. We can also create custom private and small group classes based on need.
Sessions are performed in-home and include travel fees for Manhattan and the Boston and Boston/Metro West area. Additional fees may apply when sessions performed in an outside gym, when requested.
